Ginger Smith was a Godsend! My accepted offer was originally with another LO and company. Unbeknownst to me, the company was suddenly bought out and my LO suddenly out of a job. Just as this 9 month journey was coming together, it suddenly felt like things were falling apart fast. In comes Ginger Smith and Right Start Mortgage! First, Ginger was the calm and reassuring support I needed. She immediately worked with my numbers and provided multiple loan structures. Explained the details of each which allowed me to make an informed choice to choose the option that worked best for me. On the same house, Ginger's expertise not only reduced my monthly payment, but also drastically reduced my closing costs by over $2k! Single parent buying a first home for my family, AT CHRISTMAS.
